Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ArzaLink, a marketplace management platform operated by PT Arzana Teknologi Nusantara ("ArzaLink", "we", "us"). By using the service, you ("you", the "merchant") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ArzaLink lets merchants manage their own marketplace stores — orders, products, and inventory — across supported marketplaces through those marketplaces' official APIs, together with related analytics. Features may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to operate the marketplace store(s) you connect and to accept these Terms on behalf of your business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Marketplace authorization

To use ArzaLink you connect one or more marketplace accounts and grant the access the platform needs via each marketplace's official authorization flow. You represent that you have the right to grant that access. You may revoke it at any time; doing so will disable the affected features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of any law or of a marketplace's own terms or API policies;
  • attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
  • interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
  • use the service to transmit malware or unlawful content.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your store data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and instructions you provide through the platform.

6. Third-party marketplaces

ArzaLink integrates with third-party marketplaces (such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada) but is independent of them and does not control them. Their availability, APIs, data, and policies are theirs; we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or changes. Marketplace names are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be affected by maintenance or by the availability of the marketplaces it connects to.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArzaLink and PT Arzana Teknologi Nusantara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your marketplace accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required to protect the service or comply with law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@arzalink.id.
